These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the website at sitedogwoodhub.click and your engagement with briefing and analysis services offered by Dogwood Hub Analytics Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or commissioning a report, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services described

We prepare written maritime analysis materials including port delay reports, shipment visibility briefings, route performance reviews, and terminal monitoring digests. Services are described on individual report pages. We do not operate vessels, broker freight, provide legal advice, or guarantee specific transit outcomes.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your organisation when submitting requests on its behalf. Scope, fees, and delivery timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins unless otherwise agreed for repeat clients with established accounts.

3. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, layout, and original chart templates are owned by Dogwood Hub Analytics Co., Ltd. Delivered reports are licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use upon full payment. Redistribution, resale, or public publication of reports requires our written consent except where your organisation must share excerpts with insurers, carriers, or counsel involved in an active shipment matter.

You retain ownership of data you supply. You grant us a limited licence to use submitted data solely to perform the commissioned analysis.

4. Accuracy and reliance

Reports compile publicly available information, client-supplied records, and analyst interpretation at a point in time. Terminal publications may change without notice. Forecast sections include confidence notes where appropriate. You are responsible for decisions made using our materials. Reports are not substitutes for legal, insurance, or surveyor opinions.

5. Fees and payment

Fees follow the rates page unless a custom quote applies. Payment is due as stated on your invoice, typically before final delivery. Late payment may suspend further work. Prices are quoted in Korean won unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, demurrage, or storage charges arising from use of our reports. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific commissioned report is limited to the fee paid for that report.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse of delivered materials, unauthorised redistribution, or submission of inaccurate source data provided as complete.

8. Website use

You may not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site in a manner that impairs performance, or use automated means to submit contact forms. Content is provided for information about our services.

9. Termination

We may decline or discontinue work where scope is unclear, data sources are unavailable, or these Terms are breached. You may cancel before work begins; cancellation after work has started is handled under our Refund Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Jeollanam-do shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Active commissioned work follows the Terms in effect at confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
