Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This policy applies to briefing and analysis services commissioned from Dogwood Hub Analytics Co., Ltd. It covers written reports, walkthrough calls, rush fees, and terminal monitoring retainers.

1. Scope confirmation

Before work begins, we confirm scope, fee, and delivery timeline in email. Payment terms are stated on the invoice. Your commission constitutes agreement to that scope.

2. Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel after scope confirmation but before an analyst begins substantive research, we refund any advance payment in full minus bank transfer fees if applicable. Once research has begun — defined as AIS pulls, terminal publication review, or draft outline — cancellation follows Section 3.

3. Cancellation after work has started

Partial refunds may apply based on work completed:

  • Up to 30% of research complete: 70% refund of the base report fee
  • 30–60% complete: 40% refund or delivery of a shortened factual summary at our discretion
  • Beyond 60% or draft delivered: No refund; one revision round for factual corrections remains included as stated on the report page

Rush surcharges are non-refundable once priority scheduling has been reserved.

4. Rescheduling walkthrough calls

Phone or video walkthroughs may be rescheduled once with at least twenty-four hours' notice during Korean business days. No-shows forfeit the walkthrough unless rescheduled within five business days by mutual agreement.

5. Terminal monitoring retainer

Retainers require an eight-week minimum commitment billed monthly in advance. You may pause with two weeks' written notice; the current billing month is not refundable. Unused weeks after the minimum term are not carried forward unless agreed in writing.

6. Non-refundable items

  • Completed and delivered final reports
  • Rush delivery fees after work has commenced on a priority schedule
  • Third-party data acquisition costs already incurred on your behalf
  • Walkthrough calls that occurred as scheduled

7. Quality and factual corrections

If factual errors attributable to our research appear in a delivered report, we correct them at no charge within thirty days of delivery. Factual corrections are not grounds for a full refund unless the error materially voids the report's purpose and cannot be remedied.

8. Data unavailability

When terminals stop publishing queue data or other essential sources mid-assignment, we notify you promptly. You may choose to proceed with stated limitations, convert to a credit toward a future briefing, or cancel for a refund of fees not yet earned based on work stage under Section 3.

9. Typhoon and force events

Delivery timelines may shift during port closures. This does not automatically trigger refunds. Addendum re-forecasts follow the terms on the relevant report page.

10. Refund process and timing

Submit refund requests to info@sitedogwoodhub.click with invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.

11. Deposits

Some corporate accounts may pay on net terms. Standard clients pay before final delivery. Deposits for custom lane research are applied to the final invoice or refunded under Section 2 if work does not proceed.
