When you submit our contact form, we may collect your name, email address, selected report type, vessel or shipment references, port or lane information, and message content.
Commissioned work
To prepare reports, clients may supply bills of lading references, container lists, voyage data, and correspondence related to shipments. We treat this as business data necessary to perform the service.
Website usage

Technical data
Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and access time for security and troubleshooting.

4. Legal bases

Commissioned report source materials are retained for seven years for audit and dispute purposes unless you request earlier deletion and no legal hold applies.
