Terminal Queue Monitoring Retainer | Dogwood Hub Analytics

Weekly snapshots of berth queues at up to three named terminals, delivered every Monday morning for standing import or export programs.

Standing intelligence for regular callers

Importers with weekly arrivals at Busan New Port, citrus exporters using Gwangyang reefer berths, and manufacturers with steady feeder connections from Incheon benefit from a Monday queue snapshot without commissioning a full report each time.

Each weekly digest includes

  • Rank-ordered vessel list at the nominated berth group
  • Notable gate closures or crane maintenance announced for the coming week
  • Comparison to the prior week's queue depth
  • Highlight flag when your nominated vessels appear in the list

Engagement terms

Minimum eight-week commitment. Billing monthly in advance. Pause requests accepted with two weeks' notice. Does not include ad-hoc delay analysis for vessels outside the nominated list — those are quoted separately under the Port Delay Analysis Report.

Data sources

Published terminal schedules, AIS positions, and stevedore notices. When a terminal stops publishing queue data, we document the change and discuss alternative monitoring approaches.
