Standing intelligence for regular callers
Importers with weekly arrivals at Busan New Port, citrus exporters using Gwangyang reefer berths, and manufacturers with steady feeder connections from Incheon benefit from a Monday queue snapshot without commissioning a full report each time.
Each weekly digest includes
- Rank-ordered vessel list at the nominated berth group
- Notable gate closures or crane maintenance announced for the coming week
- Comparison to the prior week's queue depth
- Highlight flag when your nominated vessels appear in the list
Engagement terms
Minimum eight-week commitment. Billing monthly in advance. Pause requests accepted with two weeks' notice. Does not include ad-hoc delay analysis for vessels outside the nominated list — those are quoted separately under the Port Delay Analysis Report.
Data sources
Published terminal schedules, AIS positions, and stevedore notices. When a terminal stops publishing queue data, we document the change and discuss alternative monitoring approaches.
