Operations planners use this briefing before committing trucking slots, warehouse space, or customer delivery promises. Unlike a delay report written after arrival, the visibility briefing projects where bottlenecks are likely to appear on your lane in the coming fortnight.

The memo opens with a lane diagram showing each leg — feeder, mainline, transshipment — and the typical dwell time we observed in the prior four weeks. For each node you receive:
- Current queue depth at the berth or anchorage
- Published sailing schedules versus actual departure trends
- Seasonal notes (monsoon delays, holiday staffing, citrus export peaks from Jeollanam-do)
The spreadsheet appendix lists vessel names, ETAs, and our confidence rating for each milestone.
Best suited for
Exporters in Suncheon and Yeosu shipping reefer or breakbulk through Gwangyang, importers expecting transshipment at Busan, and forwarders managing multiple house bills on one mother vessel.
Turnaround and revisions
